A contemporary Italian violin maker, Giuseppe, began study of instrument building in 1985 under the master luthier, Antonio Lornini in Naples. In 1986, he moved to Cremona, Italy, where he attended the International School of Violin Making. After graduating there in 1990, he attended a course of restoration in the Lombardy Region, and also apprenticed in the workshop of master luthier Nadia Mantovani. He spent time in Naples, then bvack to Cremona. In 2008, he received the third prize for his viola in the Il National Contest Lutherie City of Pisogne in Iseo.
